Things like STDs, for example. I guess nobody told this to intact Europeans, since men there have 4 times less AIDS infections than circumcised men in U.S. Do you happen to have any citations to back that? Are you implying that, if true, it's due to some sort of protection afforded Europeans by their foreskins and smegma (the presence of which you seem to be implying)? Just trying to follow your logic. I'm wondering if they were just getting a whole lot less sex because of the obviously unattractive appearance/odor of a cache of smegma... Nonetheless, the HIV bug that causes AIDS isn't lurking in one's unsavory external filth anyway... it's passed via bodily fluids, most easily via sodomitic intercourse. Whether one has been snipped or not isn't really dispositive; whether one engages in high-risk behaviors such as sex (including oral) with homo- or bi-sexual men and/or IV drug abuse/needle sharing *is*. You're not a man (or are you?); why do you care? I *love* my unhooded mini me... Had I not been circumcised at birth, I'd have it done every day if that's what it took to keep it just the way it is. Hope you find the answer to what is obviously bothering you about this topic. I assure you, I felt no discomfort when I was snipped, and would conversely would been disgusted at a very early age had I not been snipped.
