wordperfect newsletter template Newsletter template and graphic image

Hi, I use wp6.1 and produce a newsletter using the traditional _style_ template which comes with the program. Each page has three columns separated by solid line (rule). My problem comes with layout. When I import a graphic image which overlaps two columns and sits on the solid line, the solid line shows through the graphic image. I use the wrap facility to wrap text around the image, but when I print, the solid line shows through. I have to use white correction fluid (liquid paper) to take the solid line out of the image. However this process of removing the line with correction fluid is messy at times. Is there someway I can prevent WordPerfect putting the solid line inside the graphic image. Thanks. If you make the fill colour white, it won't show but it will hide anything underneath.

Basically you need to select the image, and change the background fill for the image to a white color, maybe 5%. will not change the image, but stops the border from appearing. I ran into this same problem and finally solved it (at least in my situation) by going into FORMAT, COLUMNS, BORDER/FILL and selecting NO BORDER. This eliminates the line between the columns and also eliminates the line through the graphic. The newsletter actually looked better without the lines between the columns. Hope this helps.
