I have to keep speaking about this. I just posted a message few days ago how Citi(screw you in the ###)Financial applies your payments to the previous month's payment if you send it in too early, thus making you look like you actually skipped current month's payment. Well, I just got a letter from some MICHAEL BLAE, their OPERATIONS MANAGER inviting me to call their 1-800-682-5376 toll free number. Hours listed are Mon-Fri 7AM till 9PM but if you call, the recording says some other hours. FEEL FREE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF. Also after attempting to deal with their customer service online, I was eventually told that I am Associated Bank's customer....which used to be true until the loan was picked up by CitiFunnynacial. So, let me quickly sum up what is going on here: 1. paying TOO EARLY will cause you be charged a late fee. 2. they cannot seem to know who their customers are 3. errors continue in their correspondence which makes you wonder about their attention to detail. BTW, last month when I actually called their 800 number listed on the bill, I hose an option to speak with a customer service rep, and the recording gave me a NON 800 number to call if I actually wanted to speak with someone. They seemed to have fixed this issue but nothing else. If you would like to call the above number and ask why they cannot seem to get their payment system to work, I would enourage you to do so. This might be a good case study in bad business or possible a CIVIL ACTION LAWSUIT against this stupid company.

3. errors continue in their correspondence which makes you wonder about their attention to detail. I notice that with a lot of companies. I write to ask a question and I get a response that has absolutely nothing to do with what I asked. I think they often have some computer program parsing the incoming e-mails and the computer replies with the best form letter it can dig up _base_d on search results. It really aggravates me that real humans don't read e-mails in some cases, especially when it's a credit card company collecting millions of dollars in interest charges every month. Damaeus

Sometimes people make the mistake of thinking that if their payment was due on June 4, then if they make another payment on June 5, it will be applied to the July 4 payment, but that isn't so usually. A lot of times the June 4 due date is about five to seven days prior to the end of the activity period. 3. errors continue in their correspondence which makes you wonder about their attention to detail. OK, I admit that sometimes my grammar and my spelling suck, lol. I am, however, angry.....actually, very angry with cityfinancial. Thanks for corrections. Huh? I don't think I corrected your grammar anywhere in my post. Damaeus

that you happened to quote two sentences from my original post where the first sentence is gramatically butchered and the second one refers to the citifinancial's lack of attention to detail, something which I obviusly also have problems with. OK, but back to the topic. You are right, I do make my payments early enough where they actually get posted to the previous billing period, however I have never had this problem with anyone else, including with this loan when it was still being serviced by Associate Capital Bank. Like I said, I even made a payment equivalent to three months worth of payments, which is something I like to do since it gives me some slack in case I have unforseen expenses, but one of the most frustrating things in trying to deal with this company is the fact that nobody seems to have an answer for you. Their phones are not availabla when they say they are, you deal with few different locations regarding one loan, plus you cannot make payments ahead of time. tribalzid...@earth_link_.net wrote in message <news:
